yes it is possible..just download generic main, FS and custom pack for your phone and flash it with xs++ or setool2 lite..

1. it's not difficult using xs++3.1 u need a main in .mbn format a fs in .fbn format and a custpack, click the flash tab in xs++3.1 put the main in the main box and the fs in the fs box and then see if your custpack is in the drop down list under custpack if it isn't don't worry u can add your custpack after flashing, with xs++ 3.1 use fsx browse to tpa/preset/custom and your custpack goes there.

I need the same thing, I want to debrand K770 (Tim) and to get Serbian language pack, but as I understood I need these 3 files:
