this is a small, tiny new year gift =)
the attached archive contains:
/SEFP - place all files from this folder into the same folders in the far\plugins\sefp.
*_dcu.49r.ssw - breakin-loader - you should flash this file as main BEFORE using far_manager with any flasher that can flash cid49 (phone_xs, davinci client).
/REST - files for firmware restoring. you should flash one of these files (according your phone's firmware version) with far AFTER using far_manager.

check your phone's firmware version BEFORE flashing *_dcu.ssw.
if it does not work, just reflash main.

here is the "brown" version. it's for FS only, but it work without flashing of breaking-loaders. thanks to afghanjohnny for the loaders

- please don't wait for db2020 support
- if sefp or some flasher doesn't recognize your phone, reinsert battery and try again
- if sefp says "Error while readCID", install plugin properlу (http://sephone.nm.ru/tools/SEFP010044.zip and then http://sephone.nm.ru/tools/sefp010051.rar over it)
- if sefp says "<BIldr> can be used with <b><a href="http://www.topsony.com/foro/showthread.php?t=455"><b><a href="http://www.topsony.com/foro/showthread.php?t=455">Service Cable</a></b></a></b> ONLY", you should patch sefp.dll (sefp0.10.0.51patch.exe inside db2010cid49_*.rar)

- if your phone starts when you trying sefp, you forgot to flash brekin loader (ssw)

I don't think we need another way to flash. The method using Far and Xs++ is easy and quick. And is working perfectly. What else do we need. And its extensible. Three months ago they told me: "You got a CID49? Forget about flashing for like maybe 2 - 3 years." Now, I do it several times a day. :) And why? because Far is the perfecto tool to do it, and darkman and den_po are gods :D

I managed to update the FS on a brown CID49 K750i using the instructions above. Now I am starting to wonder. What is in a MAIN file and why didn't I flash the MAIN? I followed the instructions because the phone has broken keys 1 4 7 and *. I thought flashing software might fix it because they seem to work after leaving the battery out for about a day. However, the keys fail again within a few minutes. Does this sound like a hardware fault?

I have a factory BROWN CID49 K750i and is already unlocked. Other posts have said don't make it RED or it will not work.

Why should I be bothered about making it RED?
Can I flash the standard K750 R1CA021 MAIN + FS with FAR Manager + SEFP 0.10.0.51 (using the K750_49BROWN boot script)?
Can I then finalise with FAR Manager + SEFP 0.10.0.51 (using the K750_49BROWN boot script)?
If I can flash and finalise with FAR Manager then what is the point of making it RED? Is it just to use SEUS? Why would I want to use SEUS when I can use FAR Manager!!!

I am just wary of bricking my phone, especially as it is a factory BROWN but I hate the R1AA008 that is on it.

Once I have flashed to R1CA021 then are all the fancy tweaks just options in the FS which I can use FAR Manager + SEFP 0.10.0.51 (using the K750_49BROWN boot script) to edit it to my heart's content?

any version of davinci cant detect my fone but XS++ detect it!
any suggestion ?
