Debranding and branding Again U5i VIVAZ

i read in the web about changing CDF of sony ericsson vivaz i found this post in more sites
i decide to add an implementation for having choice to having any CDF

Hello,
 
First thing you need to have SEUS installed follow this link if you do not have it -> SEUS
 
Second thing you need to download this : U5_Debranding --- This is from another topic on this forum which is not active anymore!
 
Ok, now that you have all of the above lets get started:
 
1. After you install SEUS go to C:\Program Files\Sony Ericsson\Update Service and delete the db folder.
 
2. Start SEUS and update your phone(if it tells you that you already have the latest FW, just reinstall it)
 
3. After the update is finished unplug your phone close the SEUS and go to C:\Program Files\Sony Ericsson\Update Service\db\13740270\blob_fs and search for a file that has 360 - 380 bytes and named like "FILE_277349964" Ex: http://i247.photobuc...ri/Debrand1.jpg
This file has different names and sizes depending on your phones FW, so it is not standard(but the size MUST BE between 360 - 380 bytes)!!!!!
Leave this folder open and advance to step 4.
 
4. Extract from the U5_debranding.zip the file that suits your country/language preferences as it follows:

Now rename the file extracted with the exact name of the file found at step "3", for example, if you want "Adriatic_Generic.bin" -> "FILE_277349964"
 
ATTENTION: YOU NEED TO RENAME THE FILE "Adriatic_Generic.bin" INCLUDING THE EXTENSION ".bin" to "FILE_277349964"
 
5. Now delete the folder "db" in C:\Program Files\Sony Ericsson\Update Service\ and start SEUS(just start it and let it update itself till he gets to the page of agreement), do not close SEUS and go to C:\Program Files\Sony Ericsson\Update Service\db\13740270\blob_fs and leave this folder open(by this time the file you found at step "3" should not be there).
 
6. While the folder C:\Program Files\Sony Ericsson\Update Service\db\13740270\blob_fs is open start updating the phone. After you click install it begins to download the FW, at the exact moment that the download is finished quickly replace the file "FILE_277349964" with the one renamed from the archive! 
Screen of the moment of replacement : http://i247.photobuc.../Debranding.jpg (after the update process downloads the FW it does not quickly start the actual update of the phone, it checks the files and that takes around 10 seconds)
 
7. After the update finishes, start the phone w8 for a while, and it will start telling you that the settings are incorrect, that is perfect.
 
8. Go to C:\Program Files\Sony Ericsson\Update Service\ delete the "db" folder, start the SEUS, update the phone and this is all.

implementation :
Step 1 getting the customize setting file
1- go to the omnius site after creating account for free , and logging

2- you click on download then you choose browse
3- you choose U5 Vivaz click here
4- choose the CCPU_CID113 then R2EA023
5 choose your regional setting , and download the file

Step 2 creating a bin file
1- for example i choose U5i_R2EA023_M-EAST-N-AFR_CDF1235-1932_ccpuCid113.zip
2- you open your file you find like image attched named "file content"
when you open the selected file you find this text

3- now we'll use seusdecrypt SeusCrypt-20100908.zip (87.75K)
Number of downloads: 0
4- take one file from pack U5 debranding
5- decrypt it with SeusDeCrypt it result File_Name.bin.gz
6- open it with program archiver ex. winace

NB: Respect the sturture of file (blank , interline)
7-you'll create a new file
8-you take the content of decrypted file and past it on the new file
9-now replace data with downloaded file

10- organize the data on the new file like it was at the original with new data, respectively in the same adress (written in red)
11- save the file named FileXXXXXXX
12- with winace archive it to Gzip format result FileXXXXXXX.gz (ex:FILE_277490184.gz)
13- now Encrypt with seusEncrypt
and you have your own personnalized file

14- follow the procedure described in original and you have your phone debranded with language pack you want

NB: Applicable for branding Again just note original CDA of your phone
