Here is a .rar file which has all the required files to customize your w810i like Far Manager, XS++, patches, custom pack, firmware etc.

you can use the following tutorial for customizing your w810i:

This tutorial does not involve bruteforce. With this tutorial you'll have a new generic firmware.

Here we go:
b) First of all, you must have SEUS installed on your PC. SEUS (Sony Ericsson Update Service) is a free software from the Sony Ericsson site (www.sonyericsson.com).
1. Copy the three files from the folder called Memory Stick directly on your Memory Card then remove it from your phone with the SIM card;
2. Install Far Manager from the folder called Far Manager. The file is called "FarManager170.exe". Do not restart your PC;
3. Install Far Manager SEFP plugin from the folder called Far Manager. The file is called "FarManager170_SEFP.exe";
4. Restart your PC;
5. Run XS++ from the folder called XS++ and press Start;
6. Close your phone, hold the C key pressed and connect the phone at your PC;
7. Go to Flash, mark MAIN and select the file called "w810_p3k_dcu.49R" from the folder called "Main";
8. Press Flash;
9. Wait for the write process to end. When it's finished, take your battery from the phone and insert it after ~10 seconds.
10. Re-run XS++ from the folder called XS++ and press Start;
11. Hold the C key pressed and connect the phone at your PC;
12. Go to Flash, mark FS (File System) and select the the file called "W810_R4ED001_FS_MEDITERR_RED49.fbn" from the folder called FS;
13. Press Flash;
14. Wait for the write process to end. When it's finished, take your battery from the phone and insert it after ~10 seconds.

15. Run FAR Manager, press Alt+F1 and select SEFP;
16. Select DCU-60 (USB), Speed: 921600, script: w300_w810_z550_cid49 and press Enter The Matrix;
17. Hold the C key pressed and connect it to the PC (same as XS++);
18. After it breaks the loaders (5-10 seconds), select FS (NOT FLASH!!!) then wait for the sub-directories to appear;
19. In tpa/preset/custom/ copy all the files from the FS\tpa\preset\custom;
20. In pa/preset/system/language/ copy the file called allowed_language.txt from the FS\tpa\preset\system\language;

21. Go to ... and a window will appear and will ask you if you want to close all loaders;
22. Select Yes;
23. Close FAR Manager;
24. Disconnect the phone from your computer and remove the battery ~10 seconds then reinsert it;
25. Re-run XS++ from the folder called XS++ and press Start;
26. Hold the C key pressed and connect the phone at your PC;
27. Go to Flash, mark MAIN and select the file called "W810_R4EA031_MAIN_GENERIC_HN_RED49.mbn" from the folder called "Main";

28. Press Flash;
29. Wait for the write procedure to finish (344 blocks);
30. Close XS++;
31. Disconnect the phone from your computer and remove the battery;
32. Insert the SIM Card and the Memory Card;
33. Open your phone and let him to self-configure (it can stay 2-3 minutes showing Please Wait);

34. Done!
