    Talking How to unbricked my P1!

    Hey guys..... WOW.. my first thread ever... n that also abt unbricking P1i.... Nice

    I had bricked my brand new barely 2 months P1i during restoring my back-up using Sony PC Suite. The phone would not boot but had the back light on and so were the keypad light. Thats it.. it waz bricked.
    Then after lots of research (Google) i had done a hybrid of them....

    First you need to download XS++ from here..

    http://www.se-nse.net/gbrooks3/XS++/download.php

    Then download the SEUS from the official sony web coz it is the latest....

    Download the P1i ressurection file from here.....

    http://www.se-nse.net/gbrooks3/XS++%20Dev/P1_CCPU.zip

    After you have XS++, Ressurection file, SEUS, you are ready to unbrick your phone..:)

    Open XS++ :
    i) tick smartphone connect
    ii) press connect
    iii) remove your SIM card, remove and re-insert ur battery after 2 sec.
    iv) connect the USB cable to P1i while holding "C" button.
    v) go to flash section
    vi) load the P1i CCPU.zip file under smartphone flashing section, DO NOT UNZIP THE FILE.
    vii) tick flash CCPU (remember, ONLY TICK CCPU)
    viii) press "flash PDA" and wait for it to finish

    After flashing is done, run the SEUS service by following the instructions on the application.
    Note: if SEUS says u already have the firmware, just press continue anyway.
    After SEUS is done.. you have a brand new P1i!!!.
    you will lose all ur user data though.

    The above procedure is what I did to unbrick my P1i.....
    Hope this helps those in need....Just remember to fully charge your battery before doing the procedure... dont worry if the light is not there during charging coz its charging.. believe me...

    Thanks to se-nse.net, Lowyat.net, and topsony.com

    Enjoy...!!!!:D:D
