problem with w580i

hey guyz i'm having trouble with my w580i
i got it like 7 months ago
the button on the left ( select / call / back)
does anybody else has the same problem and how can u fix it

Did you flash your phone 7 months ago? What version firmware you using?

no i have the locked rogers firmware
i think i have the earliest firmware

I was in the same situation about 8 hrs ago. It took me about 30mins to flash and unlock (once you have all the files) w/ my rogers phone.

Basically, flash phone first w/ your firmware. Once okay, do the remove sim-lock and shaazam! Your new debranded unlocked w580. This is only possible assuming you didn't upgrade your phone to CID 53.
