I just changed my walkman 2.0 skin on my w350. Check these forums . I used far with jdflasher because my SE is cid53 . But you can use XS++ which is a lot easier to use . Just place the skin in the /tpa/system/multimedia/mp/skin/ .

nope it's easier with jdflasher. also, you can use patches that move them to the others folder. remember, after you upload the skins, delete the settings.bin file (either the .xml file or the .bin file) not sure which or maybe both? it's safe to delete it though. when the phone is on, it will create a new file :)
