Try without .fbn (FS) - MAIN+.vkp and did you apply Quick Access patch or just read this, but for DB2020 phones Remove SIM-lock patch generator - Top Sony Forums

Select your phone model, in Misc files box select the GDFS backup and then press Write GDFS. If the GDFS is not a backup from your phone, writing it to phone it WILL KILL it.

But why you want to write GDFS to your phone?

you need to apply quick access patch first in order to unlock, go to setool folder/qamaker/ there you will find qamaker.exe. dray your .mbn file over the qamaker.exe, a patch will be created in the qamaker folder. now start setool2lite, select phone model, tick the bypass db2020 security, choose only the .mbn file and within the misc... select the qa patch that qamaker.exe just created. and flash it. after finishing, reinsert your phone battery, select phone model again, now tick the use "quick access" patch and under the misc... select the simlock patch, now click the write script, when the process is finished, your phone will surely be unlock. have a nice day
