    Can i read the sim card PIN or PUK number???

    How can i read the sim card PIN or PUK number???
    If it's possible to read them with SETOOL or XS++
    i've got them i just need some instructions.
    Don't worry the card isn't stolen it was a gift but
    without the card's info;)

    no u can't. the PIN or PUK number are not stored in the SIM card

    Is there a way to change them without entering the old number?

    The PUK is derived from the 15 odd digit written number on your sim.

    I think Pin can be reset to 0000 using one these tools. Only for some phones though i think

    any programs for SE work only with phone. You may try some programs and sim-reader, but i not sure, that it`s possible

    You cannot reset the pin code. The tools you are talking about, resets the "phone lock" code, not the PIN. Good day!

    Dont think SEtool and Xs++ can do that.

    Your sim card is another part of your phone .. So you must heva a sim-reader .. I don't that that it exist in the commerce

    sim-reader exist in the commerce. At least in Russia :D

    you can't read those information, the best thing to do is call your service provider or there should be a service avaible, and ask for the PUK number, you must enter three times wronk PIN the it will ask for the PUK number, if you enter this number the PIN will be unblocked and it will ask for new PIN, the PUK number should be provided to you by your service provider, they will ask for the phone number for witch you need the PUK, I guess then they check if it is a stolen or lost number and if it is OK they will provide you the number.
