Wouldn't this limitation on downloading conditions contribute to new users spamming at some point just so they can download content from the website?

Just imagine that in one hour 100 people are registering on this forum. And every single person of this 100 is making 20 messages with SPAM. Creating 20 messages will last maximum 5 minutes. Than this person will have an acces to download area and can download everything that she wants. Downloading the newest firmware and program for flashing for example "XS++" will last another 5 minutes. Maybe after 1 hour after this person's first SPAM message the site admin will notice that she's spamming and that person will be banned, but that person also will have all that she wanted and don't mind that she's banned. ;) Originally Posted by naith_kk
