To avoid ANY confusion regarding fonts:

    - by installing ANY TTF font you will NOT lose any language you have in your phone

    - you can use almost ANY TTF font found on your computer

    - to properly display characters (look at the attachment) TTF font must have all characters in the character map

    - if TTF font file you use DOES NOT have these characters it will prevent the phone DISPLAYING missing characters (PHONE WILL STILL WORK 100%)

    - most computer TTF fonts only have ENGLISH language alphabet, so letters like (* å ç í Җ д й Ќ Ћ Ķ ļ Ŏ Đ Ć Ġ Ğ פ מ ל ظ ق ز ۓ ڨ ڴ) most likely WILL NOT show up on the phone display.

    - ENGLISH alphabet letters WILL WORK with 95% of the TTF fonts.

I think that in FONTS.xml we can't change font size. Only way to change size of font is to use anyone *.ttf editor ;)

To change the font size you have to edit the LAYOUT.xml file, but this will not guarantee that the fonts will look better on you display. The whole process is done by trial and error.

If you want some cool fonts for K800, try this:
    - SF Theramin Gothic
    - Frutiger

These fonts look very good on K800 display and you dont need any size adjustments.

has anybody tried modifying fonts settings to fit the display on k800 without changing the layout.xml? I would love to see any progress on this... if nobody has done it I'll start my research on it... ;)

@louis - Hey, long time no see... hahahah...
