Wotan Erro

I have bought 2 credits which are fine however when I tried to update/debrand me K810i I keep getting an error - it will connect and download OK. I have submitted two tickets about a week a go and heard nothing - is this normal and any ideas on the fault?

If I get chance I will try to capture the error message over the weekend. TIA.

And what kind of error it is? Once i had problem with wotan, and fixed it by installing Windows XP(had 2k before)

Try emailing Wotan with the error? You have taken out the sim card, and memory stick and the rest of it right?

I will try and get a screen shot as I cant remember the exact error. I have have taken out the sim card, and memory stick and the rest of it. I assume you mean that all of this is out when I start the progress as per their instructions?

Wotan does take awhile to reply back, be a little patient. Like the previous poster sad put up a screens shot for us.
