I could not able to change firmware of ma k790i using XS++ with FBN & MBN files downloaded from topsony. It says: Sorry, your phone is NOT SUPPORTED Error: Cannot send flash loader Error: Flashing failed Pls help...

Hi,
Your phone is CID53 so you must try with farmanager.Setool2 lite support phones up to cid52.

Check here or use search button for flashing cid53: k790i operation failed..
