W580 language change

Hi,
after a lot of looking around, I probably do something wrong....
I have a W580 and its langauge pack is APAC.

So I download XS++ to change it, but it does not have the phone model in, so I guess I have to use the "own_custpack" thing...

In Flash Main firmware I need to put the language I want to change to, right? Which is Mediterr (W580_R8BE001_FS_MEDITERR_RED53.fbn) - but I see that in the Tutorial it shows a file ending in .MBN (in the Flash Main Firmware) and below (in the Flash File System) it has the existing phone file ending in .FBN (W580_R8BE001_FS_APAC_RED53.fbn).

So, where can I find the .MBN file? Couldn't find it anywhere???

Then it says that the first folder of the XS++ must be "tp"? But the XS++ does not install in a folder etc... I have unziped it in a folder on my desktop, and once I double click the program start... it does not get "installed" anywhere...

So, I end up with a message "your phone is not supported" etc... close application...

What am I doing wrong???

I tried to do it, but with no results.
First, in the link you give, there is no language pack for model W580.
Second, I found the "custom pack" that contains the language I want in the "MEDITERR"... but the tutorial speaks about "file".dat and "file".lst... but the pack I downloaded contains folder"tpa/preset/custom" and then a number of files (customize.xml - fm_pictures_hook_3.itm - etcm and a number of files ending in .itm
Anyway, when I connect to xs++ the phone gets connected... I then click on FSX... then START... and I get the message that my phone is not supported.
Maybe because my phone has CID 53? I don't know... should I use another program?

Custom pack and (*.lng) file are different from each other.
So, proceed full flash using the following files.
MAIN: W580_R8BE001_MAIN_GENERIC_LA_RED53
FS: W580_R8BE001_FS_MEDITERR_RED53
Custpack: as you have MEDITERR.
