i have a k550i and when i identified it in setool lite it saying it is a k700 and the phone is not working any ideas thanks in advance

download the Firmware files according to your K550_CID and custpack according to your Phone's FS then fash your phone.
For example:
MAIN : W580_R8BE001_MAIN_GENERIC_LA_RED52
FS: W580_R8BE001_FS_EUROPE_5_RED52
Custpack: HB1-06_Gen_CDA102568_14_R8A_GENERIC_EUROPE_5

if flashing doesn't help, try replacing the kaypad and display

i reflashed the phone no probs but now phone wont start.i will double check the battery and get back to you
