Sony Ericsson's W890i flash menu not responding

Hello.

I think i need a little help, although i've been reading a lots of infos/watching tutorials. It confused me till the end.
I recently got a SE W890i, not branded, nor locked phone. It contains all the factory themes inside, all of them are working, flash menus too, icons.
But, what exactly do i need to get to work those menus, which i've downloaded (they had .thm files too), and copied ( tpa/preset/custom/desktop/system/flash/ - the .swf files; also the .thm files were sent via bluetooth) to the phone? Menu appears to be fine, just entering into categories is not possible.
Even if it's not a branded phone, i still have to change the FS + Main, and put CustPack.zip using A2Uploader, and finally connect to SEUS to upgrade to latest FW? If so, wich one would be recommended to use? I use mainly english for texting, and for phone language too.
If someone could help, i would be really thankful.

Ok, thanks. But problem isn't with copying the .swf and .thm to the right place, but how menu icons are acting when i want to get into the submenu. They are just standing there unresponsive. I've tried flash menus 2.0, but no luck.
