hey i've heard about programms to edit mp3's and add stuff.. they said it was a ringtone creator
any1 knows where to get it?

To edit mp3's you can use Nero Wave editor! But you can Google for ring tone editors.

nero wave editor did come with your nero software after verson 6, try Mingsoft MP3 Ringtone Editor 2.5 for free

if u have time and want to learn some new program u can try adobe audition for editing mp3's
