my w800! cnt flash with setools. im so tired ever time i cntct error message show like this

bt my phone cnct with xs++
pls help me ! ! ! !

Identify your phone. If it's CID36 or BROWN, you can't use SETool.
You can use XS++, Far Manager, GFlash...

You could try to update with SEUS or use SETool Cracked and service cable.
If you only wanna flash, you can use GFlash, XS++ or Far Manager...
