Changing language pack on t707

Hi, there!

I'm having two t707, both with R1FA035. One CDA is ADRIATIC and has bulgarian language and the other is APAC-ANZ with no bulgarian. How can I take the FS from one phone to the other. i tried using FAR, but there was some error with the plugin, with XS++ I get this:

May be I do something wrong. Please help!
From the download section I downloaded so far the FS ADRIATIC, Setool2lite and a2uploader. With which program it will be the easyest way to change/add language pack? Do i need also the fonts, or they are included in this FS Adriatic?
