C510 Update Service

I have just purchased 2 C510 mobiles, SE PC Suite 5.0 recognises both phones no problems. Unfortunately when I run the Update Service Version 2.9.7.22 and connect either phone I get the message Found new hardware SEMC Flash Device, and the computer freezes and I have to reboot.
I have done this with both phones numerous times and the computer always freezes, I also tried the update service on another computer and again the same message Found new hardware SEMC Flash Device, and the computer again froze.

Any ideas.

You must download Adobe flash player with Internet Explorer and then restart the computer. After restarting, do not open other applications, which the computer loaded.

Downloaded Adobe Flash Player restarted computer, ran update service and again computer frooze. I then restarted the computer in safe mode, ran update service and it worked without any problems.

Maybe you have virus on pc?

you must update driver for C510..can try Sony Ericsson PC suite latest version
