after having a dead phone it was suggested i flash it with XS++ i am getting this-

can i cry now or am i doing something wrong?
also i tryed to backup gdfs, but it wouldnt let me...
any helpwould be great!

hi, thankyou so much for your help!
Ive downloaded both xs++ and the drivers, as well as the fs_anz_red52.rar files 3 times now but i am still having no luck. Im still getting the
Header type: Unknown/damaged
Is it talking about the files or the phone its self?

OK im an idiot, with the custpack thing, it doesnt list my phone type (w580i) or the anz thing.... where do i fix this?!?
