Download Failed Problem plz help

Guys,

Im unable to connect to wotan server using client. Im getting the error message as

Plz guys help me .... and Im using a proxy server. When I contact wotan server support they ask me to add firewall exception for HTTPS for this client program. I just added the program name by using Add program and I don't know how to add HTTPS ports for this program . Even I tried changing the Registry file and it is also not working. I tried downloading the latest client and it's still a failure.If anybody knows the solution please reply this post as soon as possible.
