/tpa/preset/system/settings

SPLASH - bootup picture: copy to your PC, edit PNG with paint/photoshop. And then, copy back
STARTUP_SOUND_SEMC.mp3 - hmm
SHUTDOWN_IMAGE_SEMC - animated GIF file (no extension)

open the folder containing your file, goto toos-folder options in the menu bar, now goto tab View and scroll down and unmark the "Hide extension for known files and folders", clik on apply and OK, rename your file without the extension eg. splash.png to splash (delete the .png, .gif etc.)
