    memory stick white flashing screen.

    can anyone help?

last year i aquired a k750i from car boot sale but found phone had been registered stolen, so i keep all non lockable parts inc memory stick.

have now got new k750i but when i insert card phone goes blank then screen flashes white. i have now flashed phone to w800 but problem persists, card is mermory stick duo 64mb.

is this a fault on the card or is it a phone hardware fault..

any suggestions would be much appreciated..

Have you tried to use your memory card in another phone, and another memory card in your phone to see how it works?

Try to find (access), that way you will know for sure which one doesn't work (maybe even both :D)

You need to connect your card to PC with card reader and look into it.
If there is no usefull information on it, I'd recomend to format the card and then try it in your phone again.

first if there is useful information in the card, connect it through card reader to a pc and try to copy those files to pc. after done all, format it with windows foramt tool, format type should be FAT not FAT32 and try again

try to format your card or connect your phone with memory card to pc... and insure that your pc suite is install and it will go back.. if problem persist you have to flash your firmware

i defiantly wouldn't flash the firmware... it is clearly a card error.. probably corrupted. i would connect via usb, try running a check disk, then back up and format FAT... as mentioned... if the phone is working dont bother flashing.
