    Port is open but everthing is grayed out (K800i)

    I am using XS++ 1.3 and I take out my battery, insert my DCU-60 cable while holding down "C" (2+5?) and open XS++ and press connect, I then get this out put and all the options are grayed out.

    14:33:33| XS++ v3.1 (Darwin) Ready !
    14:33:33| Executed on Microsoft Windows XP
    14:33:44|
    14:33:44| Attempting to open the interface...
    14:33:44|
    14:33:44| TURN OFF PHONE!
    14:33:44| Hold 'C' button on phone and connect phone NOW.
    14:33:44| You have 30 seconds...
    14:33:44|
    14:33:44| Baseband ID: 9900
    14:33:44| Protocol Version: 3.1
    Any ideas whats wrong?

    P.s. Don't know is this helps, my phone was locked to Vodafone but took it into the shop and the guy unlocked it, I now have my T-Mobile SIM in there.

    Try connect with Setool2lite (if he recognize your phone then try to find another XS++ 3.1 or just use Setool).If problem still exist try to use another USB port,clean connector on phone and try to reinstall flash drivers

    press c in your phone and insert your phone data cable from computer to phone while still holding c button on phone and in the XS++ press connect then insert the data cable as said this has worked for me and it should also work for you, hope this way you will get. Exactly what you want to do with the phone by flashing, you have not mentioned in the post.

    I'm just messing around with it, it's not good to me an more as I think when the phone was dropped in a small amount of liquid the battery shorted the circuit and the loudspeaker doesn't work anymore, did try replacing it but I'm quite sure there is a short somewhere.
