Common errors using setool2lite. READ BEFORE YOU POST

CREDITS TO EDPAEZ FROM SPANISH FORUM
To avoid SPAM and repeating threads, I decided to create a section for common logs that setool2lite may have. With this, you can read first before you post and perhaps you can solve your problem.
This way we can avoid repeated logs and repeated answers.

    1. For rookies (newbies)
First of all you should check the identify log programs might give you (XS++ or setool2lite)
How To Post An Identify Log? - Top Sony Forums

    2. Before asking that XS++ or setool2lite does not recognize or can't connect a phone, you must check several things:

    -USB Flash Drivers installed
    -CHARGED battery
-USB or service cable in GOOD shape with GOOD contact.
    -Clean FastPort
    -Try different PC ports
-Try in recovery (bootrom mode): 2+5 pressed.

    3. Setool2lite handles the following phones:

    DB2010/12 CID49/50/51/52, RED
    DB2020 CID49/51/52 RED

NOTE: If your phone is PNX5230 or CID 53, you can only customize or flash with Far Manager + JD Flasher.

    Elapsed:80 secs
Solution: You have a GDFS that is not original from your phone so it stays in please wait. GDFS does not match with OTP. The only soultion is to work it with service cable or box and rewrite security area of GDFS so that it works OK.

    Code:
    ChipID:8040,EMP protocol:0301

Solution: Most of the times this happens when battery is discharged during process. Use a charged battery and flash MAIN.

    Code:
    RESTORATION FILE NOT PRESENT
    "R1DB001_CXC1250514_EU_1_CR"
YOU MUST PERFORM FULL FLASHING FOR PATCH UNLOCK
Solution: You do not have REST file.
    1. Go to make_rest folder on setool.
    2. Drag your Main (.mbn) over ssw2rest.exe, a file will be made.
    3. Cut and paste this file (WITHOUT CHANGING NAME) on the rest folder of setool.
    4. Try again.
    5. ONLY DB2010 need REST files.

    Code:

Exception in GDFS write. maybe bad gdfs file.
    done
    Failed.
    Elapsed:111 secs
Solution: Fix it with a BOX. A GDFS part is damaged. Do NOT try to write a generic GDFS.

    Code:
    *HDR block not accepted,error:X
    Solution:
-In DB2010, error 15 means no REST file
-In DB2020 it's MAIN error, flash only MAIN part
-If it is 9, 11 or 18 it means low battery, charge and try again.

    HDR block not accepted,error:15
    Elapsed:273 secs.
Solution: There is a problem with FS CID 52, they can't be flashed with any program.
    1. Patch MAIN with quick access patch.
    2. Flash FS CID 53 checking use quick access patch.
    3. Then flash CDA.

It will still be CID 52.
