Cruiser BOX (CP BOX 07)

Sorry, if I'm mistaken - but I didn't know, where else I could say this problem..

I ordered cruiser box from polphone.pl - and I don't know, what to do next. none of the softwares recognise my box - Fighter & Cruiser.
I think Smartcard is needed?? or smartcard is unnecessary?

some softwares can do everything with phone - but the main thing - I need to change IMEI.

what the smartcard exactly does?
