Help - No English Writing Language

Can anyone help me, I acquired a W810i off my son but there is no English writing language and no T9 predictive text, I've tried flashing a new languge pack Europe5 but still no English option ?

..sorry i'm new to this but want to understand it

That Europe 5 does have english so I dont see the problem. But did you flash the custom pack?

And in Write new, Text message - keep hold of hash (right from 0) button and press english t9 should come up with english.

Hi Thanks, Only languages available to choose are German, French, Italian, Chinese, Standard ABC, 123.. NO English .. cant work it out ! T9 option works in the Italian etc ok but no use to me.

writing languages are included in main firmware, actualy every main firmware have english writing.
maybe you have something wrong during your flashing. change firmware&custom pack , flash one more time may be help.

Hey Thanks! Flashed in new main firmware and the 'english' option has re-appeared ! Woohoo !
