wotanserver.com not working?

I have never before set up post on this site.
So I apologize if I may be wrong category questions.
As the title says, I wonder what happens whit "wotanserver" site?
Specifically, when I try to access the site, I receive notification in which stands request to enter username and password in order to continue...
I tried with my username and password which I used to login, but nothing happened.
Does anyone know what this is about?
