W810i needs help -

Hello Guys
I own A w810i and a i have used it for 2 yrs and now i have a white screen appearing o my phone. I went to the service center but nothing happened there. Then a few days later the scren was normal but only had pixels dots appearing on it and then again the phone turned to white screen, it stars with the white screen i can make calls, receive class, play music.
I tried flashing: the firmware nothing Happened it A CID49 phone so guys plz help
