If you are having a problem installing anything with the stickies using windows 7 beta, then I suggest you get [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]. Then you can run it in vista or windows XP as long as you have the proper licensing for what OS you want to install. It does work with windows 7.
my suggestion is that you make a seperate partition for your VM that way you can use it like a second OS and not have to worry about hard drive space
