I managed to flash the phone, but I'm unable to patch it because JDFlasher is not giving the bflash option.
I don't have (and can't get) the vodafone line, so I can't start the phone because it gives me a "insert correct sim card" message.
How do I get the bflash option in JDFlasher like in the screenshots so that I can patch it with the remove sim-lock generator? I'm only getting the oflash and ofs options.

you need anyCID to start patch and the simcard which was locked to because you need to start your phone and run the executor which is in the anyCID, look in the Patching CID53 thread carefully and you see anyCID patching
