im new here, recently i just flashed my k800i main firmware with the following "K800_R1KG001_FS_EUROPE_1_RED52.fbn" i used XS++ it worked successfully but now when i turn on the phone it shows the sony erricson logo and then a black screen saying "please wait" can some one please help i waited too long.

flash the custpack and your problem will be solve, use this from topsony download area
HB1-06_Gen_CDA102568_10_R8A_GENERIC_EUROPE_1
after download, right click and select the "extract here", now move the tpa folder to own_custpack folder inside XS, start xs and connect, select the finalize phone and within the selection list, select the own_custpack and flash

add it in rar fourm to se tool mic box then just press flash and connect it holding the c button job sorted

sorry i dont understand what u mean please could u explain in more detail thanks and does it have to be a rar file when u transfer to phone

download setool, start setool, select phone model, click on the misc files ... select the rar file and click flash

thnx all i have now made my phone work by sending it the normal k800i layout files that what it wanted so its done:) thnx!!

can some one help me again it seems the backlight does not wanna go off and this decreases the battery time. plz help
