How can i install MobiExplorer as a PROTECTED FILE USING xs++

I just copyied the jar and jad files to the folders

;Locked Java Apps/Games -> /TPA/PRESET/SYSTEM/AMS
;Locked Java Apps/Games -> /TPA/PRESET/DEFAULT/JAVA

But its not working !

if any body know about this procedure please help me !
