Hi All

I am a new born to Top Sony Forms, so i am not sure whether is posting my query in the right place. If i am wrongly posting the query, moderators pls to suggest/advice where to post my queries.

I recently had a issue with my mobile SE W550i. When I switch it ON, it will go to a white screen and stay there for ever.

When I took it to the service center, they told that the OS/Software is corrupt and need to reload.

Ironically, I found that they were using an application to reload the OS/Software using a USB connection.

Now, is there anyone around who can assist/suggest me how to reload the OS/Software using an existing application, on the SE W550i.
