Hi i have a k800 that wont switch on, what can be done in order to solve this?

i connected to XS and this is what i have got:

what cause the problem u need to explain but u can use setool3 to fix it out line what cause the problem so someone can help u easier

hi thanks for replying!....the phone is new and has been used once when i charge it sometimes it has a white screen! now it doest switch on at all.

than you for replying mate!, so i shouldnt do any of the steps after step 13 if i have a k800i? will k810 firmware work on my k800i?

ive just tried flasdhin it mate but the phone still doesnt turn on i dont think its the firmware i think something is wrong with the EROM?

it will be better with a fully charged battery and don't forget to reinsert battery after every step

Thanks mate ive tried no luck tho!....is it the EROM? as i get a white screen.

if flashing still does not solve, then the LCD should be the fault, changed LCD
