the only problem is i can't read my chinese song names
and i don't have access to topsony's download
or else i can download the hong kong firmware XDDD

I flashed my K530i sucessfully to W660i. No problems, as they are the same phones in different covers. There are no bugs!

The V630 is the Vodafone version of the K610i. They have nothing to do with K530i/W660i.

The V640 is the Vodafone version of the K630i. They have nothing to do with the K530i/W660i, as these have HSDPA.

Everyone, who bothers to actually read the spec sheets and check the hardware pics for layout details, can find this out him/herself and avoid useless flash experiments.

i have too flashed my k530 to w660 and it work 100%

I used this firmware W660_R8BB001_FS_S_E_EUROPE_RED52.fbn, and main W660_R8BB001_MAIN_GENERIC_FY_RED52.mbn

i flashed my K530i (Firmware R6BC002) to W660

I used:
W660_R8BB001_FS_APAC_RED52.fbn
W660_R8BB001_MAIN_GENERIC_FY_RED52.mbn
HB1-06_Gen_CDA102568_101_R8A_GENERIC_APAC

It works..
but theres something missing.. like the text symbols are not complete as in K530i.. i know for some people this is not important, but anybody know why?
one more..the phone act different when i connect it to myphoneexplorer, like new sms still shows up at the phone, is this because i use R8BB001 firmware?

k610;v630 ar NOT identical phones to k530 or w6060 and flashing k610 to w660 is a bullshit (too many lbugs etc.. ) . k530 is a w660 twin and they are completley the same phones.

i have successfully flashed my k530i to w660i..
but it seems..a little slow so i decided to change back to k530i.. :)

it's not THAT slow but.. well, it's just not up to my liking i guess.. hehe.
overall there's no problem at all converting a k530i to w660i..

you'll get the Walkman player instead of Music Player, and also the Megabass functions.

oh yeah..on a side note..

after flashing to R8BB001_RED52, it seems that the camera is now looks clearer (less noise).
at least for me..

ah, and i also use w880i original acoustics zapf..
