HowTo Tutorial Modding menu on W810i !!!

new Flashes on a W810:
-------------------------

1.First download and derar the package i made for you:

Advice: You must have installed the USB Flash Drivers from SonyEricsson to get it work.
So this is the first thing i need you ti do. You can Download them from the SE
Support Area...


2.Install Far Manager from the Progs Directory
- now Copy the SEFP Folder from 0.10.0.44 from the "File" Directory to the
Far Manager to the "PlugIn" Folder of your Far Manager Install Diractory.
now overwrite the Folder with the SEFP Folder from 0.10.0.51.
- Now Copy the Files from the "\Files\Breakloader\SEFP" directory in the Plugins\SEFP
Directory an run the patch... Your Virus Software might say its a Trojan Horse.
But Ignored it and it worked fine!

NOW GET OUT YOUR SIM AND YOUR MEMRORY STICK!!

3. BreakIn Loader Flashing:
- Turn off your Phone
- run xs++ (from the Progs Folder) and press Start
- Connect the Phone while pressing "c"
- now press "Flash Mainfirmware" and open "w810_p3k_dcu.49R.ssw" from the Breakloader Directory
- Press Flash
- After 5-7 Sec. "finishing flash" should appear. Now You can press Stop and close XS++.
- Deconnect the Phone

PUT YOUR BATTERIE OUT OF YOUR PHONE FOR 5 SECS...

4.Modding

- Start the Far Manager
- Press F11 and choose "sefp 0.10.0.51"
- In the next Winow Chosse the following:
- Device: DCU -60
- Speed 921600
- Flow: As it is
- Boot Scripts: w300_w810_z550_
- connect the Phone while pressing "c"
- Now the left Window: Its the filestructure of your Phone. Press FS
...Files are Loaded...
- now go to /tpa/preset/system/desktop/flash
-on the right WIndow choose The Theme Folder of my Package.
- Now you can copy the wanted swf files from right to left by drag and drop...
IMPORTANT:
- If you are ready, press ".." at the top of the left window until a red window appears.
- Press "YES"
- Now close Far by pressing F10
- deconnect the Phone

PUT YOUR BATTERIE OUT OF YOUR PHONE FOR 5 SECS...

5. Finalize

- Open xs++ again
- Choose Flash Mainfirmware and Choose the file in the "Main Firmware" Folder
- Now Flash...
...takes about 2 Minutes...
- Deconnect the Phone an put in the Sims again. You are done.

More Flashs can be found every day in the [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] Forums. Just Search :D

To use the new Flashes, you can take any normal Theme file (*.thm)
- rename it to tar and extract it with TUGzip or any other "tar" Program
- open the *.xml Folder and manipulate or insert this Line: "<Desktop_style Type="File" Source="orbit.swf"/>"
- Instead of orbit.swf chose any new uploaded Flash theme you want.
- pack it with Tugzip to a tar File again
- rename it to *.thm again.
- Now upload it to your normal Theme Folder by using Sony Ericsson Pc Suite
