Hi, i am going to try to patch my cid53 db2020 k770i with far manager. Is there a way to back it up, in case something goes wrong? Also i download far manager with jdflasher and my eset smart security finds it as an win32 adware... Is it safe?

Hello, em glad to find a perfect thread for me, heehee.
I also have a k770 CID53 db2020 and i also want to apply patches to it. I have read the topic in which the "executor.b" method is explained but i want to know that can i just only flash my main to FW R8be001 and leave the FS the old one R8bc004 because there is no executer.b file available fo my present FW (R8bc004)
Please help me out....:confused:

I have R8AB024 cid 53 with VFE LIVE 1 FS. If something goes wrong, and i reflash them with far on my phone, will it be ok?

yeah if u have the right MAIn, FS and CUST files, your phone would be ok if something goes wrong.

Ok, so i can flash CID53 on it but not 52?

yeah YOU MUST NOT FLASH TO CID52...if you do your fone would not work. If you wan5t to downgrade to CID52 then you must use any payed software
