got a k310 i hanging ocatonally
and it restarts.

after that restart when we try to play some inbuilt
tones it says canot be played

handset is CID 50 RED

I flashed the set with
K310i_CXC1250466_Generic_R4EA031_Red50.ck31sw
from cruiser support
and treid with different fs like

K310i_CXC1250474_India_R4EA031_Red50.
K310i_CXC1250474_Europe2_R4EA031_Red50
K310i_CXC1250474_Europe5_R4EA031_Red50
K310i_CXC1250474_France_R4EA031_Red50

Behaves similar as before

software / hardware is this ?
I opend the set ,well cleaned and dried
same conditon exists
will any one please to share the ideas? thanks in advance..

if a full flash doesn't solve it, it's probally a hardware problem

My handset W850i hangs & restarts too. It occurred recently,about 8 month im using. It is CID 52 RED.....R1ED001........what shud i do?

Like infin1ty13 said, reflash the phone(MAIN, FS, custom pack). But do not apply any patch(except "unlock" patch in case you need it). And if the problem persists, then probably it is a hardware problem. In this case take it to a service center.
