first: don't start multiple threads
second: take it back to the service center, you can't fix it. it's probably a software problem and there is no free tool that can flash smartphones yet, as I know. If it is hardware then you also can't fix it. I don't know much about P1 but see the settings too, maybe there is some setting that disables the touch screen, I don't know, best thing is to go to a service center.

I am not sure about your problem.But you can try try pressing * followed by unlock.
This will work if it has been locked.It will not work if there is a fault.
