Start up Splash Image problem (K790)

I've changed the splash image with my own image but the darn thing doesn't show up on start up. I took the original splash file from R6BC002, edited it to my liking and uploaded it again using x++ v3.1 with the same name and no extension but it still shows up blank when I turn on the phone. I tried uploading the file with its name in lower case letters, upper case letters and still nothing, any ideas anyone?

Make Sure Your K800 Is Set To Display Start Screen. Menu>Settings>Dispaly>Startup Screen>Default

Is it with this image only? You can try other images. May be file is too large and telephone can not process him.
