I suppose you do refer to a stereo bluetooth *headset*. I have a HBH DS-970 and I would recommend it since it is very high quality. The battery lasts several days to me, but this is obviously very relative...

Two cons: the battery itself is not replaceable and it does not have a 3,5mm jack, which means that the headset is stick to the unit.

The DS970 Is A Perfect Choice. The Sound Is Great And The Battery Life Is Around 4.5-5 Hours However It Claims To Be 6 Hours. But Its A Perfect Choice.

I have Sony Ericsson Stereo Bluetooth HBH-DS980 ([Only registered and activated users can see links]) - battery life when listen music from PC up to 7 hours ( on specification 6 ).
With phone 2,5 hour listen music = 1/3 from battery indicator less.

I had a DS970. Sold it after a few months cause 6h~ of batter life isn't enough for me. It'd die before I even get home from school. Other than that it was a great headset to use. Small, portable, loved the headphones and easy to use. Was able to show the song name.
