It is a pacher creator for that vkp pach? Anybody knows?

You can make Your patch with converting *.bin to *.raw, notepad and hexadecimal editor ;)

is there any way to convert or read vkp files. i mean if there is a patch that changes camera sound so that means that he changes sound in folder in tpa/x/x/camera/sth. how to decrypt localizations from patches. i mean how can I find out where is in phone writed location to customize folder. because i have this customization on card patch and i want to change it back to phone folder. byt not by patching but by editing files in far manager.

i already found that guide but im still confused. its too short for me. does any1 has better guide?
