did u buy a log for it and put in the right username and password ?
Yes I've already paid for that.
The first time I connect my phone everything is ok but then when I have to disconnect and connect again I have all these errors that appear... What can I do?

I am having the same issue, could someone post solution on forum. I paid for logs, got username and password. I waited after I first tried to give time to get all set up on server side, after 12hrs same issue.
OK, got it going after I re-installed the usb flash driver from the unlocker pack.
