Problems with mp4 in w890i

i have problem when it comes to convert the file into mp4 i converted my video files using Xilisoft and now the problem is the sound and picture . sound is ahead of the picture can any one tell me why .
can i get some help.
settings 320*240
25fps
384 bitrate
audio
mpeag4aac
bitrate 80(also tried 0, 96 and some other)
sample rate 44100
MY phone is w890i

Yep same with my K810i and my old phone W710i. I think it's because of the FPS what the Sony Ericsson phone can't handle.

choose blackberry mpeg-4 video
and use these settings and try
video 320*240
bitrate 384
25fps
Aspect 4:3
audio
mpeg4aac
bitrate 0(just try it)
sample rate 16000
it is working in my w890 i tried to convert The Simpsons can u try it on ur mobile and tell me if it works for u?
M3 doesn't support w890i i cant find it in the list plz help
and one important question
i converted a movie to mp4 320x240 but when i tansfer it and when i start it in fullscreen it had black bar both above and beneath the picture can i remove thoes so i can get full screen 320*240 i choose aspect 4:3

M3 doesn't have profile for w890i i tried k800 and it works perfectly on k800 but not in w890i picture and sound aren't at same place sound i ahead.
